Description and Benefits:

The dynamics of personality type describe the road to normal personal growth that takes us toward psychological maturity. But the type model can be difficult to apply. How can the depth of information contained within Jung’s model be used more easily and effectively to promote personal growth? Is there a basic “application” that can turn on the power of type development in people’s daily lives? Recent focus on the eight mental processes of type has, in fact, revealed such a tool.

What you will learn:

You will understand the eight-function model of personality type more clearly; how and when to use it; and how it can deepen your understanding of type development
You will experience how type “differentiation” can be better understood and brought to life to promote flexibility, balance, and personal growth
You will be introduced to a versatile tool for type professionals. This tool retains the type model’s elegant simplicity, power, and versatility while enhancing the model’s usefulness in a wide range of situations, regardless of group size or type knowledge
