There's a new problem in the workplace: distinct generations crossing paths and sometimes colliding. How do you manage their seemingly conflicting work ethics, values, and expressed styles and get them to work together? Our lively panel discussion followed by Q&A will help you learn about:

How generations are shaped: differing values, behavior, and mindset
Current workplace demographics
Implications for recruiting, retention, and development
Best practices companies are applying to manage these differences
New research on how the generations align with MBTI.

Panelists will include:

Melissa Bilboul, Senior Associate Project Manager, Ernst & Young HR Learning & Development team, is managing the redesign of their Firm wide Orientation & On boarding program across the Americas. Melissa holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and has participated in numerous meetings on the multigenerational workforce.

Kathryn Wankel, Talent Development Consultant, Federal Reserve Bank of New York previously worked at the Bank managing executive development efforts where she initiated their 360 Degree Feedback practices. Prior to that she was a Senior OD Consultant at New York Life. She is on the Board of APT NY and, formerly, of ASTD.

Shoya Zichy After a 15-year career in international private banking at Citibank, Merrill and American Express, she now conducts seminars on leadership and team building and is the author of Career Match: Connecting Who You Are With What You'll Love To Do and Women and The Leadership Q. Her work has been featured in Fortune, Barron's, The Washington Post, Newsday and CNN. She serves on the Board of APT NY.
