Description and Benefits
Two assessment experts, Magda du Preez and Stella Kaplow Lee, Ph.D., will set the context for our topic by providing a brief overview of the types of assessment instruments that are available and their appropriate use. We will then focus on one specific category of assessment, "Emotional Management /Interpersonal" that includes the MBTI, the DISC and The Wheel.

What you will learn:
Exploring the DISC, the MBTI and The Wheel from the perspective of the client
The unique and similar characteristics of each tool
Specific criteria practitioners use to select a tool that will most effectively meet a client's needs
An approach to team building that uses The Wheel, an MBTI-based team building instrument
