Description and Benefits:

What can Step II add to an already full agenda of using Step I in building a team? How does Step II help teams understand differences between two team members with the same psychological type? Dr. Kummerow will present a model for using Step II with teams. She will then illustrate the model with examples of typical team problems – problems that were resolved by applying Step II results toward helping team members recognize and utilize their differences to the group’s advantage.

Dr. Jean Kummerow is the co-author of the MBTI® Step II Interpretive Report and Working with MBTI® Step II binder. She will offer many practical examples and tips to help participants build an even stronger team program. You need not have taken Step II to attend, but if you have, please bring your results with you.

What you will learn:

How the twenty facets of Step II help team members to identify potential strengths and differences
How to structure a team building session using Step II
How activities using Step II help build relationships and take advantage of different approaches to solving problems
How knowledge of Step II could help you become a more effective consultant to teams
